 Fleur de Sel Caramels

Originated in Brittany in the 19th century, salted caramels have a unique distinction and appeal resulting from how two opposite flavors are savored together, yet experienced separately.

Our Caramels are made using butter from Normandie, and Fleur de Sel  from the coast of Brittany where it is hand harvested in the town of Guérande. 

Rich and intense, with deep caramel notes and mouth watering salty bursts, the Fleur de Sel Caramels are the cornerstone of our collection.

Our caramels are fresh and are best when enjoyed within 2 weeks of receiving, they melt in your mouth effortlessly and do not stick to your teeth.
